Ingredients 🛒
- 400 g milk chocolate, chopped
- 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp golden syrup
- 150 g sweet biscuits, roughly crushed
- 120 g mini marshmallows (white & pastel)
- 200 g mini chocolate Easter eggs, lightly crushed (plus extra for topping)
- 40 g desiccated coconut
- 150 g milk chocolate (for topping layer)

- Melt base: In saucepan, gently melt milk chocolate, dark chocolate, butter, and golden syrup until smooth.
- Mix in: Stir in crushed biscuits, marshmallows, Easter eggs, and coconut until evenly coated.
- Press: Pour mixture into lined 9×13-inch pan. Press down evenly.
- Topping: Melt 150 g milk chocolate. Spread over rocky road base.
- Decorate: Sprinkle extra Easter eggs on top while chocolate is still soft.
- Set: Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
- Slice: Cut into bars and serve.
