Ingredients 🛒
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup cooked & crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package mozzarella sticks
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Ranch dressing, for dipping

- Mix beef: Combine beef, breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, and bacon. Mix well.
- Stuff patties: Flatten small handfuls of beef. Place shredded mozzarella in center. Fold beef around cheese to form patties.
- Freeze: Chill patties for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Wrap sticks: Cut mozzarella sticks in half. Wrap each patty around a stick half, sealing completely.
- Dredge: Coat each in flour, dip in eggs, then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry in batches 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drain: Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
