Ingredients 🛒
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 loaf French bread
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup melted butter
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions 👩🍳
- Prep oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix filling: Combine beef, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack, salt, and pepper.
- Prep bread: Cut loaf in half lengthwise. Hollow out insides, leaving 1-inch border.
- Garlic butter: Brush inside with melted butter. Sprinkle minced garlic.
- Stuff: Fill hollowed bread with burger-cheese mixture. Press gently to pack.
- Wrap & bake: Place top half back. Wrap loaf in foil. Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese melts.
- Cool & slice: Rest a few minutes. Slice and serve warm.
