  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Ranch dressing, for dipping

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Mix beef: Combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, and bacon until evenly mixed.
  2. Prep cheese: Cut mozzarella sticks in half lengthwise (16 pieces).
  3. Wrap: Flatten beef mixture in hand. Place mozzarella half on top and wrap tightly to seal.
  4. Season crumbs: Mix breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Coat: Roll each stuffed stick in breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  6. Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry sticks in batches 3–4 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
  7. Drain: Remove to paper towel-lined plate.
