  1. Preheat: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish.
  2. Cook beef: In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease if needed.

  4. Mix base: Stir in Worcestershire, beef broth, diced tomatoes, rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Ensure rice is submerged.
