Dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2¼ tsp instant yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp salt
Filling
- 12 cubes of mozzarella or string cheese pieces
Garlic Butter Topping
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar (optional)

- Prepare dough: In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk and melted butter. Knead until smooth.
- First rise: Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Shape bombs: Divide dough into 12 pieces. Flatten each piece and fill with a cheese cube. Pinch edges to seal and shape into balls.
- Second rise: Place balls on a lined baking tray. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
- Bake: Brush with garlic butter topping. Sprinkle extra cheese if desired. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
