- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
- Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or red pepper flakes
