Main Components

  • 900 g to 1 kg ground beef
  • 300 g condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 300 g condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
  • 360 g frozen cubed potatoes
  • 120 g shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Cook beef: In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Mix base: In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, mushroom soup, cheddar soup, and frozen potatoes. Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Assemble: Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar on top.
  4. Bake: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40–45 minutes until potatoes are tender and casserole
