Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 400 g cooked pasta (macaroni or penne)
- 300 g mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops, etc.), cooked
- ½ cup breadcrumbs

- Make roux: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and whisk 1–2 minutes.
- Add milk: Slowly pour in milk while whisking. Cook 5–7 minutes until thickened.
- Add cheese: Stir in shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta and seafood. Stir gently to coat evenly.
- Prepare bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Transfer mixture to baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake: Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
