Ingredients

- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour

- ½ cup (120 ml) milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste

- Mix base: In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
