Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450 g) pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Preheat oven: 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape calzones: Divide pizza dough into 4 portions. Roll each into a circle. Spoon filling onto one half, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
  4. Egg wash: Brush tops with beaten egg for golden crust.
  5. Bake: Place calzones on baking sheet. Bake 18–20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley. Enjoy hot with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping.
