Ingredients
- ½ Chinese cabbage
- 2 peppers (red or green)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 7–9 quail eggs
- A bunch of dill
- Chives
- 60 g hard cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- Mix of ground peppers to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions 👩🍳
- Prep eggs: Boil quail eggs for 4–5 minutes. Cool, peel, and halve.
- Chop veggies: Slice cabbage thinly, dice peppers, halve cherry tomatoes, and chop dill and chives.
- Make dressing: In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, mustard, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine: Toss cabbage, peppers, tomatoes, herbs, and cheese with dressing.
- Finish: Top with halved quail eggs. Chill 10 minutes before serving.
