Ingredients 🥄

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pot of yogurt (125 g)
  • 1 jar of sugar (70 g)
  • 0.5 jar of milk (70 ml)
  • ¾ jar of oil (80 ml)
  • 4 jars of all-purpose flour (270 g)
  • 11 g baking powder
  • 3–4 tbsp raisins
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • Lemon juice and zest
  • Grain sugar (for topping)
  • Cake pan (22–24 cm)

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Prep pan: Grease and flour a 22–24 cm cake pan. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix wet: In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Add yogurt, milk, oil, lemon juice, and zest. Mix well.
  3. Add dry: Sift flour with baking powder. Gradually fold into wet mixture until smooth.
  4. Fold in extras: Stir in raisins and chopped apple.
  5. Bake: Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle grain sugar on top. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Let cake rest 10 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm or at room temperature.
