  3. Cream Butter & Sugar: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in orange juice, zest, and vanilla.
  4. Combine: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Fold in cranberries.
  5. Bake: Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.
  7. Serve: Slice and enjoy with tea or coffee.
