Instructions
- Activate Yeast: In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar. Let sit until foamy.
- Mix Dough: In a large bowl, combine mashed banana, melted butter, egg, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add yeast mixture and flour gradually until a soft dough forms.
- Knead: Knead dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–2 hours until doubled.
- Prepare Filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread softened butter over rolled dough, then sprinkle sugar mixture evenly.
- Shape Rolls: Roll dough into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place in a greased baking dish.
- Second Rise: Cover and let rise 30–45 minutes until puffy.
- Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
