Ingredients
Cookie Dough
- 1 cup (230 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (200 g) brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2½ cups (310 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Add-ins
- 1½ cups (260 g) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (120 g) chopped pecans
- 15 soft caramel candies, halved
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter & Sugars: Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
