Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1½ cups almond flour
- Parmesan cheese, shredded (for topping)
- Flavor Gods garlic seasoning (or any garlic seasoning blend)
- Melted butter (for brushing)
- Whipped cream cheese (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt Cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese for 90 seconds in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Mix Dough: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, baking powder, and almond flour. Add melted cheese mixture and combine into a dough.
- Shape Bagels: Roll dough into logs and form circles. Place on prepared cookie sheet.
- Season & Top: Brush with melted butter, sprinkle garlic seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 16–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Slice in half and top with whipped cream cheese. Enjoy warm!
