Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ medium onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 12–14 egg roll wrappers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
For the Dipping Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook Filling: In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese.
- Assemble Rolls: Place 2 tbsp of filling in center of each wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
- Fry: Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry egg rolls until golden and crispy (about 2–3 min per side). Drain on paper towels.
- Make Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve: Plate egg rolls with dipping sauce. Enjoy hot and melty!
