Ingredients

  • 2 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta)

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1½ cups smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
