Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz / 400 g) can sweetened condensed milk, divided
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 8–10 drops orange food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Prep Pan: Line an 8Ă—8-inch baking pan with parchment, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Create Vanilla Layer: In microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, Âľ cup condensed milk, and 2 tbsp butter. Heat in 30-sec intervals until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Spread half into pan as base layer. Set aside remaining mixture.
- Create Orange Layer: To remaining vanilla mixture, add rest of condensed milk, 1 tbsp butter, orange extract, and food coloring. Microwave briefly until smooth. Stir until color is uniform.
- Layer: Pour orange mixture over vanilla layer. Spread evenly with offset spatula.
- Chill: Refrigerate 3–4 hours until firm.
- Slice: Lift fudge using parchment. Cut into 1-inch squares with a sharp knife, wiping clean between cuts.
