Ingredients
- 6 tomatillos
- 1 jalapeño (optional, for spice)
- 2 ripe avocados

- 1/2 cup crema mexicana
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 white onion
- ~1 cup boiling water (from tomatillos/jalapeño)
Directions
- Boil: Cook tomatillos and jalapeño in saucepan ~10 minutes until softened.
- Blend Base: In blender, combine avocados, cilantro, crema, garlic, bouillon, salt, lime juice, and onion.
- Add Cooked Veggies: Add boiled tomatillos, jalapeño, and ~1 cup boiling water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust: Taste and adjust salt if needed.
- Serve: Use as topping for tacos, enchiladas, or as a dip with tortilla chips.
