Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- Slow Cook: Place chicken, soups, broth, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in slow cooker. Cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours.
- Shred: Shred chicken directly in slow cooker with two forks.
- Combine: Add cooked spaghetti and 1 1/2 cups cheddar. Stir until creamy and well mixed.
- Finish: Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top. Cover and cook on high 10–15 minutes until melted.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy warm.
