Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Slow Cook: Place chicken, soups, broth, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in slow cooker. Cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours.
  2. Shred: Shred chicken directly in slow cooker with two forks.
  3. Combine: Add cooked spaghetti and 1 1/2 cups cheddar. Stir until creamy and well mixed.
  4. Finish: Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top. Cover and cook on high 10–15 minutes until melted.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy warm.
