Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Shape & Chill: Divide dough into two logs (2-inch diameter). Wrap in plastic and refrigerate 2 hours.
  4. Preheat: Set oven to 325°F (165°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Slice & Bake: Cut dough into 1/4-inch rounds. Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Glaze (Optional): Whisk powdered sugar with orange juice until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
