🍌 2-Ingredient Banana Bread 🍞
A quick, healthy, and completely vegan banana bread—made on the stovetop with no oven or kneading!
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 cup whole wheat or oat flour (or blended oats)
Instructions
Step 1: Mash the Bananas
- Peel bananas and mash in a bowl with a fork until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Add the Flour
- Gradually add flour to mashed bananas, stirring until a thick batter forms.
- If too dry, add a splash of water. If too wet, sprinkle in more flour.
Step 3: Cook on Stovetop
- Heat a non-stick pan on low heat and lightly grease with a few drops of oil (or use dry non-stick).
- Pour batter into the pan, shaping like a small loaf or thick pancake.
- Cover with lid and cook 10–12 minutes on one side.
- Flip carefully and cook another 10 minutes until golden brown and firm.
Step 4: Cool and Enjoy
- Let bread cool slightly before slicing.
- Enjoy plain or top with nut butter, fruit, or maple syrup.
