Ingredients
- 1 package (15.25 oz) Oreo cookies (or similar)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white)
Directions
1️⃣ Crush the Oreos
- Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
- No processor? Use a Ziploc bag and rolling pin to crush manually.
2️⃣ Mix with Peanut Butter
- In a large bowl, combine crushed Oreos and peanut butter.
- Stir until a thick, dough-like mixture forms.
3️⃣ Shape the Balls
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.
4️⃣ Dip in Chocolate
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second intervals, stirring between each.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating fully. Tap off excess and return to parchment.
5️⃣ Chill
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set chocolate. Freeze for faster results if needed.
