Ingredients

For the base

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the cream layer

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the strawberry topping

  • 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling or homemade strawberry glaze
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries (optional)

For the crumb topping

  • 1/2 cup reserved crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a glass baking dish to form the base. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread cream mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  4. Top with strawberry pie filling and optional fresh strawberries.
  5. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over the top for texture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
