Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Prepare the noodles: In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Cook the noodles: Stir in egg noodles, cover skillet, and cook 8–10 minutes until tender. Stir occasionally.
  4. Combine ingredients: Reduce heat to low. Add butter and Parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy. Return chicken to skillet and heat through for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm with plenty of creamy sauce.
