Ingredients
- 2 sheets of puff pastry (square shaped)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 100 g blue cheese, crumbled
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 6–8 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Sea salt and cracked pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). For an electric non-fan oven, increase to 200°C (390°F).
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon honey on each sheet of puff pastry.
- Scatter walnuts, blue cheese, and Parmesan evenly over each sheet. Top with thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
- Roll up each sheet and cut in half lengthways. Tuck pastry edges if needed to keep filling inside.
- On baking paper, twist each length into a round coil shape. Brush with milk.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until pastry is puffed, golden, and cooked through.
- Remove from oven, scatter extra thyme leaves, and serve warm.
