Ingredients

For the Eggs

  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter (or olive oil) for searing

For the Mustard Dip

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Eggs: Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Stuff the Eggs: Spoon or pipe yolk mixture back into whites, slightly mounding it.
  3. Pan-Sear the Eggs: Heat butter or olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Place stuffed eggs yolk-side down and cook 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove carefully.
  4. Prepare the Mustard Dip: Whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Serve: Arrange crispy eggs on platter, garnish with parsley, and serve warm with mustard dip.
