Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Crescent Rolls: Unroll crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet with points inward and bases overlapping to form a rectangle.
  3. Layer the Ingredients: Place roast beef evenly over crescent rolls. Add provolone slices on top.
  4. Fold the Rolls: Fold points of crescent rolls over cheese and beef, pinching seams to seal.
  5. Brush with Butter: Brush melted butter over dough.
  6. Bake: Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Prepare the Dipping Sauce: In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
  8. Serve: Cool squares slightly, cut, and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Tips

  • Customize: Add sautéed onions or peppers for extra flavor.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in airtight container in fridge. Reheat in oven or microwave.
  • Make-Ahead: Prepare filling in advance and assemble before baking.
