Yogurt and Flour Apple Rolls

Ingredients

  • 650 g flour
  • 3 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 2–3 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour and yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Add diced apples and cinnamon. Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Divide dough into 10–12 pieces. Roll each into a ball and flatten slightly.
  4. Place on a greased baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm. Enjoy!

Tips

  • Add sugar or honey to the filling for extra sweetness.
  • Spice it up with nutmeg or cardamom.
  • Serve with butter or cream cheese.
