Stuffed Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, butterflied
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Lay flank steak flat and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread spinach, mozzarella, garlic, and parsley evenly over the steak. Roll tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear the steak roll on all sides until browned.
  4. Transfer to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20–25 minutes.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve hot.
