🧂 Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup steak, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Fresh herbs (parsley or chives) for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
- Heat oil: Warm olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Season & sear: Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear 4–5 minutes until browned and to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
- Cook eggs: Reduce heat to medium. Crack eggs into the skillet on one side and cook until whites set and yolks remain runny, about 3–4 minutes.
