These Crispy Mashed Potato Drumsticks are a fun and delicious twist on classic fried chicken! Made with creamy mashed potatoes wrapped around chicken bones, coated in breadcrumbs, and fried to golden perfection — crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy inside.
📝 Ingredients:
- 6 chicken drumsticks (bones cleaned)
- 3 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying

- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes with butter, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese.
- Take a handful of potato mixture and wrap it around the cleaned chicken bone to form a drumstick shape.
