- 3 large pomegranates
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for freshness)
- 1 cup cold water (optional, for lighter texture)

- Prepare the Pomegranates: Cut the pomegranates in half and remove all the seeds carefully, avoiding the white pith (itβs bitter).
- Blend: Place the seeds in a blender. Add the sugar and lemon juice (if desired). Blend until smooth.
- Strain: Pour the blended juice through a fine strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl or jug to remove the pulp.
- Serve: Chill the juice in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold in a glass or pitcher.
