- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 (10 oz) can French onion soup
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set to 180°C (350°F).
