🧀 Cheesy Baked Peppers with Ground Meat
Ingredients:
- 500g ground meat (beef or chicken)
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and tomato sauce, cook for 5–7 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish or small foil pans.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
