🍪✨ Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍫

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup (170 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200 g) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups (260 g) chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the egg, yolk, and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
  5. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet (about 2 tbsp per cookie).
  7. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are slightly golden but centers look soft.
  8. Let cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Serving Suggestion:

Best enjoyed warm with a glass of cold milk 🥛🤍.
