Bacon Garlic Parmesan Chicken ππ§π§
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs / 900 g)
- 1 tsp paprika (for seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8β10 slices of bacon
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, and parsley.
- Make a slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket and stuff it with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 2β3 slices of bacon.
- Place in a baking dish and bake for 30β35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
- Optional: Broil for 2β3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
