  • 3 tbsp golden syrup
  • 150 g sweet biscuits, roughly crushed
  • 120 g mini marshmallows (white & pastel)
  • 200 g mini chocolate Easter eggs, lightly crushed (plus extra for topping)
  • 40 g desiccated coconut
  • 150 g milk chocolate (for topping layer)

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Melt base: In saucepan, gently melt milk chocolate, dark chocolate, butter, and golden syrup until smooth.
  2. Mix in: Stir in crushed biscuits, marshmallows, Easter eggs, and coconut until evenly coated.
  3. Press: Pour mixture into lined 9×13-inch pan. Press down evenly.
  4. Topping: Melt 150 g milk chocolate. Spread over rocky road base.
  5. Decorate: Sprinkle extra Easter eggs on top while chocolate is still soft.
  6. Set: Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
  7. Slice: Cut into bars and serve.
