- 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 8 mozzarella string cheese sticks
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Ranch dressing, for dipping

- Mix beef: Combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, and bacon until evenly mixed.
- Prep cheese: Cut mozzarella sticks in half lengthwise (16 pieces).
- Wrap: Flatten beef mixture in hand. Place mozzarella half on top and wrap tightly to seal.
- Season crumbs: Mix breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat: Roll each stuffed stick in breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry sticks in batches 3–4 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
- Drain: Remove to paper towel-lined plate.
