  • 7 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt, black pepper, dried garlic, paprika
  • 3 eggs (for potato layer)
  • Potatoes (boiled & sliced or grated)

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Meat mixture: In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, carrot, onions, garlic, dill, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  2. Sauté mushrooms: Heat oil in skillet, cook mushrooms until golden. Set aside.
  3. Potato base: Mix boiled potatoes with 3 eggs, salt, and dried garlic. Spread evenly in greased baking dish.
  4. Layer: Spread meat mixture over potatoes. Add sautéed mushrooms and sliced tomatoes.
  5. Sauce: Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread over top.
  6. Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella generously.
  7. Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
