  • 2 tbsp (30g) unsalted butter, softened

Garlic Butter Mix:

  • ¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3–4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Topping:

  • Extra melted butter
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Mix dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk and softened butter. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  2. Knead: Turn onto a floured surface and knead 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
  3. Shape rolls: Punch down dough, divide into equal portions, and roll into balls. Place in greased baking dish with space between each.
  4. Rest: Cover and let rise 20–30 minutes until puffed. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Prepare butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
  6. Bake: Bake rolls 18–22 minutes until golden and fluffy.
  7. Finish: Brush hot rolls generously with garlic butter. Add extra butter and Parmesan if desired.
