Ingredients 🛒

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chili flakes

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Prepare sauce: In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add half the cheddar and Parmesan, mixing until melted.
  3. Combine: In a large bowl, mix chicken and broccoli. Pour cheese sauce over and stir well.
  4. Assemble: Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan.
  5. Bake: Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
