- Cook beef: In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and steak. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.

- Assemble casserole: Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with provolone/mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake: Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
