- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened (120 g)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

- Activate yeast: Mix warm milk, yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.

- First rise: Cover and let dough rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours until doubled.
- Shape: Divide dough into equal portions. Arrange in a greased round pan for a pull-apart style.
- Second rise: Cover and let rise 45–60 minutes until puffy.
- Egg wash: Brush with egg yolk + milk mixture for a glossy finish.
- Bake: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
