- 225 g Italian sausage (casings removed, optional)

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara or tomato sauce

- Preheat oven: 190°C (375°F). Grease a deep pie dish.
- Cook meats: In a skillet, brown ground beef and sausage with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Prepare crust: Line pie dish with one crust. Spread half the mozzarella and cheddar over the bottom.

- Top crust: Place second crust over filling. Seal edges and cut small slits for steam.
