Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, thinly sliced

  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8–10 slices White American cheese
  • 20 oz bag McCain Quick Cook waffle cut fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  2. Sauté steak & veggies: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add steak, garlic salt, and pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes until browned. Add bell pepper and onion; sauté until tender.

  4. Melt cheese: Lay slices of White American cheese over the hot steak and fries. Cover briefly with foil or broil for 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.
