Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) boxes cream cheese, softened
  • 1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ½ lb fresh white crab meat, flaked (or canned/imitation, finely chopped)
  • 8–10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Directions 👩‍🍳

  1. Mix filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, green onions, and crab meat. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  2. Assemble rolls: Place 2–3 tbsp of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly, sealing edges with a dab of water.
  3. Fry: Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Drain: Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  5. Serve: Enjoy hot with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or spicy mayo for dipping.

Tips

  • Bake option: Brush with oil and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–18 minutes until crisp.
  • Extra flavor: Add a splash of hot sauce or sriracha to the filling.
