Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) boxes cream cheese, softened
- 1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 3 green onions, chopped
- ½ lb fresh white crab meat, flaked (or canned/imitation, finely chopped)
- 8–10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying

- Mix filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, green onions, and crab meat. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Assemble rolls: Place 2–3 tbsp of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly, sealing edges with a dab of water.
- Fry: Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain: Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
