Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Prep eggs: Boil quail eggs for 4–5 minutes. Cool, peel, and halve.

  3. Make dressing: In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, mustard, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Combine: Toss cabbage, peppers, tomatoes, herbs, and cheese with dressing.
  5. Finish: Top with halved quail eggs. Chill 10 minutes before serving.
